What is the aim of Personal Training? Print E-mail

The training goals are determined by means of an intake interview.

During this initial conversation, we discuss your current level of physical activity (or inactivity), any injuries you may have, whether there are medical limitations, what kind of exercise you did previously, how you think your quality of life and athletic performances can be increased, your eating habits, etc…

It is very important to set and maintain realistic goals and to raise the bar only when these are reached. This approach allows for continued improvement and for permanent progress. It will also allow you to experience novel physical stimuli gradually.
