Because today we can rely on various modes of comfort (e.g., cars, escalators, video games, computer and television), we adopt an increasingly immobile lifestyle. However, the lack of exercise - supplemented with unhealthy eating - is the main reason why obesity has become a worldwide issue. The latter causes additional physiological symptoms to which each year millions of people succumb. Many find it difficult to begin exercising, let alone to continue to do so.
