Personal Training: Where and how? Print E-mail

We will jointly discuss your optimal training site. Training can take place at your house, outside in the park, on the track & field course, in the swimming pool or in a sports center near you. As a result, we can work on your endurance and health in a comfortable environment.

Training sessions are held on an individual basis, but group workout sessions are also possible.This is ideal for partners who would like to exercise together or in case you are a group of friends who want to enjoy joint training.

The material we use consists of:

  • Medicine balls
  • Free weights
  • Swiss balls
  • Foam rolls
  • Balance training devices
  • Resistance tubes
  • ... and of course your body and gravity

We will create an optimal equilibrium between cardiovascular workout, power training, and flexibility, balance and stability exercices. Evidently, introducing a variety of exercises and keeping it fun are essential to a sustainable training programme.
